How to teach kids gymnastics - Step by step

Level: 0
Age: 2+
Easiest routine to start practicing with gymnastics. General body awareness, movement coordination and core strength. Walk backward, consecutive jumps and bear walk.

Level: 1
Age: 2+
More advanced movements to continue improve strength, coordination and technique. Consecutive jumps backward, bunny jumps, walking table.

Level: 2
Age: 3+
Handstand is the perfect movement to build strength, endurance and balance, engaging key muscles in gymnastics like core and shoulders.

Level: 3
Age: 3+
Short routine for improving general body awareness, balance and strength. Single leg jumps, Crab walk backward, single leg frog jumps, assisted back bridge. 

Level: 4
Age: 2+
Kids love playing with rings, they can be extremely creative on their own but you can also encourage them to practice more challenging moves. Great to improve strength and balance.

Level: 5
Age: 3+
Once stable on the back bridge help your kid to transition to the back bridge walk, a challenging but key exercise.
