Teach kids to swim

A Playful Path to Swimming

Ignite a lifelong passion for swimming by introducing kids to the water early and playfully. Our deceptively simple exercises are designed to help children build confidence in water, transforming it from a fear into a joy.

Water Safety Warning: Drowning is fast and silent. Even a few seconds of distraction can be fatal. Never become overconfident in your or your child’s swimming ability, and never assume someone else is watching them. Always stay within arm’s reach of your children, and keep your eyes on them at all times. Be aware of additional risks that can reduce swimming ability, such as fatigue, heat, sunstroke, or poor water conditions (waves, currents). Safety always comes first.

As they master these core drills, your child will naturally develop their own intuition and initiative. They’ll begin to explore and expand upon these exercises on their own, ultimately becoming self-directed learners who are confident and safe in the water.

General tips: For young children, it’s best to start in a small pool with shallow, warm water (around 30°C). When they’re ready for open water, even if they can already swim, give them a floating device. Choosing a spot with warm, crystal-clear water where they can see the seabed will also greatly enhance their comfort and confidence during this transition.

The most important key is consistency. A few minutes of practice every day can make a huge difference in their skills and love for the water.

Level: 6
Age: 4+
Encourage children to swim longer distances, challenging them to swim the entire length of the pool while ensuring they take breaths by lifting their heads directly above the water.

Level: 8
Age: 4+
Encourage them to breath from the side while attempting to swim.

Level: 9
